now I’ve got motorhead’s “when the eagle screams” stuck in my head whenever I walk by the wall art at our state hockey championship hotel.
64/365. rusty cogs in the machine.
the hotel I’m staying in anaheim for a convention is nice enough but for the life of me I can’t figure out what sort of vibe the rusty machinery photography is supposed to invoke.
51/365. hockey tournament weekend in waupaca, wisconsin.
the hotel entrance sign doesn’t specify floor hockey sticks, so they must be fair game #probablynot
first game is tomorrow morning at 7:45am. ugh ( you have to be at the arena an hour early ).
day 3435: all in all, not a bad way to start turkey day.
a personal best 10K on the hotel treadmill ( sustained 7.5 minute miles which is pretty good considering i’m hauling around a 6’4″ frame ) followed a whole lotta horseplay in the hotel pool with odin.
next up, food and fun with lots of family we don’t get to see very often.
