93/365. The Girls, er, Egg Frida On.
The Girls, er, egg frida on to help them escape from the chicken run. They “talk” to her and if we don’t catch her she’ll move the logs and dig under the run or gnaw at the metal mesh to create an opening big enough for them to escape. She never tries to eat them. She just wants them TO BE FREE!
We do let them out into the yard but not as much as they want 🙂
it’s a little hard to see but this is one spot in the mesh where frida is gnawed an opening that we’ve had to repair.

frida enjoys nacho prep because i am a sloppy cheese shredder.
day 3902 – 68/365. odin scootering and dog walking.
with no clear exit strategy if frida sees a squirrel 🙂

i don’t know what’s crazier, that we have a caricature of our dog on our fridge, or the fact that we paid $20 for it at a party for the dogs at doggie day care.
i deadpan when odin has friends over that it’s not a good caricature because it doesn’t really look like him. lulz.
day 3850: 17/365 – a boy and his dog finishing The Lord of the Rings trilogy.
watching “Return of The King” completing our first viewing of the “The Lord of The Rings” film trilogy. odin noticed there was a similar scream in each of the movies so i told him about the wilhelm scream.
2/365. mile 2 of 9 mile run with frida.
she could run forever. longest one so far. she and i could easily have gone 13 miles.
i’ve been having some hip flexor issues and if i feel fine in the morning, i’m going to be cautiously optimistic that i’ve worked through it.
