even as foiled garden thief, she gets more than her fair share of the fruits of labor.
she’s in good spirits as long as i keep flipping her berries 🙂

day 4020 – 185/365. road tripping buddies.
heading home after a week on vacation. bringing a cousin home with us. the three of them are packed into the back seat for a 6 hour drive. frida likes to rest her tired head on the center console of the jetta and maybe takes up more than her fair share of space but the humans don’t seem to mind 🙂
184/365. fetch with frida and poika on the northern shores of lake michigan.
frida is not normally a fan of playing fetch but when there’s another dog and water involved she clearly enjoys herself.
day 4014 – 179/365. risin’ and shinin’ hotel buddies.
looks like odin and frida got a good night’s sleep!
day 4005 – 170/365. father’s day: 2015 edition.
tennis with odin ( CRUSHED HIM! ). “inside out” with odin ( awesome! ). aaand hockey practice with odin. all-in-all a spectacular father’s day. i did manage to squeeze in a 5 mile run too 🙂
at the end of the day as i was putting odin to bed i thought it’d be fun to attempt a rare selfie with him and i. frida heard him laughing at all the failed shots and decided to check out what all the commotion was about.
116/365. the malamute version of fetch.
having had malamutes for pets for over ten years has taught me many things one of which being that you might get one return in a game of fetch. after that they just look at you as if they’re thinking “what are you thinking silly human? if you want the ball stop throwing it. wouldn’t it be much more fun if you just scratched my belly!”
day 3949 – 115/365. cousins and their dogs.
it’s fun when cousins visit and even funner when they bring their dog! poika is being obstinate about not looking at the camera.
