i have come to the conclusion that the world is roughly divided between those who think that asparagus affects the odor of urine and those that have no idea what you’re talking about.

actually 78% of people have no idea what you’re talking about. according to scientists who study this sort of thing; almost everyone produces and excretes the odiferous metabolites, but only about 22% of the population have the genes required to smell them.

i am one of those 22%, but that doesn’t stop me from enjoying the harvest from the garden 🙂
