that’s right – it’s time for another of odin’s epicurean adventures!

this time we decided to make homemade beef and barley soup. the base is the same as bone soup, except after you take out the bones you add beef, cooked barley and carrots.

if you’re a card carrying carnivore, it’s really, really tasty.
