or rather, this is the face of a boy who doesn’t care that he’s about to be abandoned. o.k. really, he’s not going to be abandoned, as he’s about to spend the afternoon and evening with grammy pam while we go out ( again! ) for some unofficial end of summer golf, grilling and adult beverages.

we’re almost saddened to hear that odin apparently doesn’t even notice when we’re gone for hours and hours and seems to enjoy playing with grandma without the slightest hint that he’ll ever get distressed at the prospect that we may never return, even when we don’t get back before bedtime!

you’d think he could at least feign at least one or two episodes of hysterics just so we could feel missed 🙂
