odin decided to build himself a a ship from chairs so he could be a scientist with a notebook, documenting all he sees on the seas and islands. the ship even came equipped with a “lookout” with a great view and a very comfortable chair for writing down his observations.

i have to wonder if charles darwin played such games as a child, imagining sailing on an imaginary hms beagle ( and no, to the best of my knowledge odin knows nothing of darwin, finches, nor read “on the origin of species” ).
