it’s been awhile since i whipped up a batch of purple moon ice cream. odin’s hockey team played a great game and earned a spot in the state hockey championship, which was the perfect excuse to make another half gallon.

i snuck a taste and i think this might be my best batch yet.

now that i think of it, i owe a debt of purple moon ice cream in exchange for getting an awesome lunchbox. maybe i’ll have to make two batches 🙂
