what’s the best way to finish off a fun afternoon of music? with a scoop of ice cream, of course!

since we live in vernon county with loads more organic farmers than most counties in the country, it’s not surprising that that scoop of ice cream would be doubly delicious since it’s a short walk ( like 20 steps ) to sibby’s organic zone (oz) ice cream parlor.

sue sebion, also known as sibby, recently opened the parlor and since it’s just a few blocks from our house, i suspect that this won’t be the last scoop that he enjoys with his buddies in oz.
