i’m in georgetown at the relatively comfortable and appropriately named georgetown inn today and tommorrow. updates will be sporadic. this is the first time i’ve flown into reagan national in awhile. nowadays, they don’t let you get out of your seat for a half an hour before landing, “for security reasons” – as if asking everyone to stay in their seats is going to prevent the determined terrorist. maybe they are more polite than i thought.
